Our Board of Directors

Bill is a graduate of the University of Memphis. His Major is business with an emphasis on Management Information Systems. Bill is dedicated to helping Stroke Survivors Maximize Recovery by assisting with Therapeutics costs after other benefits have expired.

Ramona is a past Board Member of the Clear Spring School in Berryville, Arkansas. She is a licensed Masseuse. In addition, Ramona also serves  as office manager in the office of Dr. Charles McNeal. Ramona brings years of experience to the foundation.

Sandy is a registered nurse. After more than 30 years at Region One, Sandy retired. She has traveled extensively throughout the world. Between her nursing background and her travels, she brings vast experience to our organization.

Terry is a dedicated housewife and mother to three. She has managed the office at Forced Air Systems for all of her married life. She brings all of that experience to the organization to help with business and operation decisions. She is a gifted asset to the Mary M Hess Foundation.

Karen served as a copy write editor in her early career. She is a housewife and mother of 3. She currently teaches children with disabilities. That experience coupled with her editing experience gives Karen a great deal of talent. She is a creative asset to the organization
